1. Purpose

Jag Stories provides shooting-related record keeping, ballistics support, training tools, competition workflows, Watch features, Match Director tools and hunting records. The app is an aid and does not replace safe firearm handling, competent instruction, official match rules, legal advice or the user’s own judgement.

2. Safety

Users are responsible for following all firearm safety rules, range commands, hunting laws, licensing requirements and applicable local regulations. Training features must be used only in a safe environment. Dry-fire activities must be performed only after the firearm and surrounding area have been made safe.

3. Ballistic information

Ballistic and DOPE information is an estimate based on the information available to the app. Real-world results can vary because of firearm, ammunition, atmosphere, measurement, user input and environmental conditions. Users must verify critical shooting data safely before relying on it.

4. Match and timing information

Jag Stories timing, shot-detection and scoring-support features are intended as training and workflow aids. Official competition results remain subject to the applicable match authority, range officer, scoring process and governing rules.

5. User content

You are responsible for information, images and records you enter into Jag Stories and for ensuring you have the right to store or share them. Do not use Jag Stories to unlawfully record, disclose or process another person’s personal information.

6. Match Director

Match Directors are responsible for match setup, participant management, local network conditions, event rules, result verification and lawful handling of participant information. Competitors should join only trusted public matches.

7. Subscriptions and access

Free, Hunter, Pro and Match Director feature availability may differ. Hunter includes the Free feature set plus unlimited Hunter's Room entries. Paid access may be offered monthly, annually or through other disclosed purchase options. Final pricing, renewal and cancellation terms are shown at purchase. Downgrading may restrict editing or creation beyond the lower package limits, but Jag Stories is designed not to delete the user's existing records solely because of a package downgrade.

8. Availability

Features may depend on Android version, Watch compatibility, permissions, sensors, local network quality and device behavior. We may change or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, legal compliance or product development.

9. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jag Stories is provided without a guarantee that every calculation, detection, synchronization or network operation will be error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
